Clean hotel with freshly prepared and inclusive breakfasts. Exceptionally comfortable bed, beautifully maintained room with a safe, TV, and a mini fridge bar. Great view. A really really nice way to end my vacation.

Oh, the sprawling gardens were good! Winding stone paths meandered through lush greenery and vibrant flowers. Truly, I was like a queen in my private little paradise.

Perfect family getaway!

We had a blast at the villa with our own pool! The room was super spacious and clean. SPY-BAG restaurant was our favorite, with great food and drinks. They even surprised us for my hubby's bday with cake and decorations! Only wish the evening entertainment was a bit more live music vibe instead of shows.

The Lake Beautiful Villa felt spacious and was well-maintained daily. Enjoyed private access to the shared pool, perfect for morning swims. Kids loved the access to the aqua parks and various entertainment options at IC Green Palace. Service at times lacked efficiency, requiring follow-ups for small requests. Although the mini bar was stocked daily and offered a good selection, there were some issues with pool cleanliness that couldn't be overlooked. Dining at the Mavi restaurant impressed with a nice variety of dishes, but we faced a couple of instances where the wait for drinks was longer than expected. The location tolerably noisy during peak hours sometimes interrupted our relaxation. Access to the private beach area added an exclusive feel, even though poolside service could be more attentive. A nice setup but a bit hit-and-miss overall with staff responsiveness.

Our family vacation was. What stood out was the cleanliness and daily maintenance of both our room and the outdoor areas, along with the excellent beach ambiance that felt exclusive and untouched. Mavi restaurant offered a good range of dishes, enhancing our dining experience with its cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The beach restaurant was really good, providing a fantastic spot for meals without feeling crowded. We left feeling pampered and refreshed, exactly what we needed for quality family time.

Recommend it for families seeking luxury

We got a complimentary upgrade to a Bali Villa with a private pool, pure luxury. They remembered my kids' names and even arranged special cocktails for them each evening.

It wasn't inexpensive but totally acceptable for the experience we got.

We really enjoyed the fine outdoor paths winding through well-kept lawns filled with palm and orange trees. The vibe was relaxed, and the kids loved exploring the small ponds and streams. Plus, the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

My children wished for more activities for their age group.
